Frequently asked questions
What is a thermal break?
It is an insulating element inside the aluminium profile that stops heat and cold passing through the frame between outside and inside. It improves insulation compared with aluminium without one.
Do I need the community's permission to change the windows?
If they face the façade, usually yes: the façade is a shared element and the community rules often require its look and colour to be kept. The usual step is to check with the property administrator before ordering anything.
