Electrical work
Many older installations were never designed for induction hobs, air conditioning or an electric car, so the trip switch goes or the cables run hot. We rewire, split circuits and fit a new consumer unit with the right protection, then fill the chases so the wall is ready to paint.
What it includes
- Inspection of the existing installation
- New consumer unit with RCDs and circuit breakers
- New wiring and circuits split by room
- Sockets, switches and lighting
- Chases filled and walls ready to paint

Frequently asked questions
How do I know if the wiring needs renewing?
Common signs are the trip switch going often, sockets or cables getting warm, no earth connection, or a fuse box instead of a modern consumer unit. In homes that haven't been renovated for more than thirty years, it is worth having it checked.
Is a certificate needed when the installation is renewed?
For a new installation or a major alteration, an authorised installer must issue an installation certificate (the boletín). The supplier also asks for it before increasing the contracted power.
